I ordered from Insomnia Cookies a few times this month and each time my order was either late, wrong, or missing items. I’ve tried contacting their customer service but haven’t gotten a response. Has anyone had similar problems or knows what to do next?
I feel you! It’s been a nightmare lately with Insomnia Cookies. 
Ordered twice last week, and my experience was pretty similar. One time, the cookies were totally the wrong kind, and another time three were missing from my dozen. Customer service has been MIA - sent multiple emails but nada. 
Anyone else having this problem too?
Maybe it’s a recent thing or just bad luck? I used to love them, but this is getting frustrating. Considering giving other options a shot. Recommendations welcome!

Recently placed an order just two nights ago, and it was a mess. I got like three oatmeal raisin instead of the choc chip I wanted. Who even likes oatmeal raisin?? Nothing against it, but ya know, preferences! 
Tried calling, but it was like talking to a brick wall - no response at all.
One thing I noticed is that it seems like Insomnia Cookies has gotten more popular recently – maybe they’re just swamped? 
But if they can’t keep up with the increase in demand, that’s on them to fix. Meanwhile, might wanna give Crumbl Cookies a try. Heard good stuff about them, and their app actually lets you track your order, unlike some others. 
Anyone have any success stories with their customer service? Kinda think they’ll improve eventually, but in the meantime, cravings don’t wait!

I’ve also been experiencing some hiccups lately. Last weekend, I ordered a variety pack, but they gave me all double chocolate chunk instead of the mix I asked for. 
I do agree with @viajeroceleste on the popularity surge possibly messing things up.
From a troubleshooting standpoint, one possible solution might be increasing your contact frequency—maybe trying early morning or late evening when they might be less busy? Still, that shouldn’t be a regular fix.
Honestly, even though I’ve been a long-time fan of Insomnia Cookies (their classic chocolate chip usually hits the spot ), it might be time to try out some alternatives. Crumbl Cookies has been mentioned and I’ve heard they have a pretty solid reputation with some unique rotating flavors every week. I mean, if they can’t get chocolate chip right, it’s probably time for a change, right?
